para-5 of the counter affidavit, it is stated that all the exercise had been made by the commission assuming/treating him as an eligible candidate such as screening/scrutiny, manual evaluation of the research paper, teaching experience and award by the subject expert. It is further stated that for the vacant six posts under this category, the cut off marks for interview was 83 but the petitioner has got only 72 marks, therefore, he was not called for interview.
