In such view of the matter, the concerned authority (respondent No.3) is directed to examine the facts, law and prayer of the case of the present petitioners and if it is found that the present case is squarely covered by the aforesaid cases, the same benefits should also be extended to the petitioners, within six months.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
