It is directed accordingly.

Having regard to the fair stand taken by the Respondent-State, as aforesaid, the notices dated 06.01.2024 and 28.10.2023, issued under the joint signature of the Circle Officer, Kanti, District-Muzaffarpur and the Officer In-Charge, Kanti Police Station, District-Muzaffarpur, are quashed.
