The petitioner is aggrieved by cancellation of registration effected by Annexure- P/6. The registration as is seen from Exhibit-P/1 was valid between 04.10.2018 to 03.10.2023. The cancellation as per Annexure-P/6 is from 16.06.2021 and extends up to 15.08.2024. The registration of

In the above circumstances, Annexure-P/6 necessarily can be only up to 03.10.2023, which is the date of his registration. When and if the registration is sought to be renewed, it is for the Registering Authority to decide whether a fresh registration can be granted or not.
