The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"1. That this application is being filed in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing upon the concerned respondents particularly the District Magistrate, Aurangabad for filling up the vacancies in Group-D in the different Offices under the District Collectorate against the vacant posts which has occurred after exhausting the selection process of advertisement No. 1 of 2009 on 27/04/2014 and until now as per procedure for selection of Group-D prescribed under government resolution as contained in Group-D (Recruitment and Service Condition Rule 2010 and amended Rule in the year 2012 by issuing fresh advertisement and further for pursuing of decision taken for fresh advertisement Vide Memo No. 169 dated 31/08/2018......
