The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"1 That in the present writ application petitioner prays before this Hon'ble Court to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents particularly respondent no.3 and respondent no 5 to pay the arrear of salaries which has been withheld w.e.f. June 2011. Further prayer of petitioner

to pay the regular salary after including the 1st A.C.P. and 2nd A.C.P. as the petitioner is starving due to non- payment of salary to him. Further the petitioner prays to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no 3 Block Development officer, Neemchak Bathani to forward the last pay certificate to respondents which has been withheld by respondent no.3 since 2011.”
