some amount in the head of the salary was not paid to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has filed a detailed calculation chart before the authority concerned and the authority concerned after considering the same has issued Annexure-4 in favour of the petitioner by which the authority concerned has found that the petitioner is entitled for only Rs. 42,319/- and the same has already been paid to the petitioner.
