The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
" i) For issuance of an appropriate direction commanding the respondent authority to remove restriction/hold from petitioner's land i.e. part of the Plot No-33 under Khata No-30 and Thana No-105, area 01-06-02 (One Bigha six Katha and two dhurs), since the entire plot (45B-12K19D) was put on hold for not to sale and purchase by the by the Motihari Registry office, District- East Champaran. "

petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned civil court of competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
