in CWJC No. 4925 of 2022 cannot be relied upon by the petitioner inasmuch as the petitioners therein diligently approached the Court and obtained orders for acceptance of their experience certificate which is confined to the petitioners therein. The order passed in CWJC No. 4952 / 2022 can not revive a stale claim. Accordingly, the order / judgment has been set aside by the Division Bench in LPA No. 653 of 2024 arising out of CWJC No. 16795 / 2023 by order dated 06.09.2024.
