This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to pay the compensation of ex-gratia payment of Rs. 450000/- and also for a direction to the respondents to give the pension to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the State has submitted that the payment of ex-gratia amount has already been made and the same has been supported by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
