2 19-08-2024 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to correct the nomenclature of Respondent No. 4. Permission, so sought, is granted. Needful be done during the course of the day.

The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:-

writ/writs, direction/directions, order/orders directing the respondents to implement the directions issued to the respondents by an order, passed from the office of District Rural Development Agency, Muzaffarpur, vide Memo No.- 540/Abhi., Muz. Dated 28.02.2023, issued by Deputy Development Commissioner, Muzaffarpur.

(a). For issuance of writ/writs, order/orders to the respondents to surrender the defalcated/misappropriated government amount in the Account of the Government in view of the order, vide Memo No.-3943/Abhi. Muz. Dated 12.09.2023.”

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent No. 4 i.e. the Deputy Development Commissioner, Muzaffarpur, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
