withdraw the present Writ Petition with a leave to make a suitable representation to Respondent No. 3 along with requisite documents to evidence that the petitioner has worked for a period of 20 days in the construction of a Check Dam under the MGNREGA Scheme.

Respondent No. 3 by way of a representation along with the requisite documents to substantiate his claim that he has worked for a period of 20 days in the construction of a Check Dam under the MGNREGA Scheme within a period of four weeks from today. On such representation being given, the Respondent No. 3 shall consider the same and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law. In case the Respondent No. 3 comes to the conclusion that the claim of the petitioner is genuine he shall make necessary arrangement for payment of the amount. In case the Respondent No. 3 comes to the conclusion that the case of the petitioner does not have any merit for consideration he shall pass reasoned order giving the reason. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the representation. Any orders passed shall be communicated to the petitioner.
