It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner being
the grand son of freedom fighter is entitled to horizontal reservation of 2% in the examination of Reader-cum-Deposition Writer, preliminary and written test of which were held on 17.12.2023 and 17.03.2024 respectively.

04.05.2024 but his representation was not considered.
Nos. 3 & 4 submits that he received oral instruction to the effect that the petitioner did not even secure the minimum qualifying marks fixed for the reserved category candidates. Therefore, he was not selected in the said examination.
