Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and

the learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Buxar (Industrial) P.S. Case No.277/2023, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 420, 406 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Buxar.

The learned APP at the outset submits that the offence for which the instant F.I.R. has been instituted against the petitioners carries a punishment of 7 years and less to which the learned counsel for the petitioners does not dispute.
