against co-accused Gauri Shankar Mahto and Lalu Mahto. He further submits that as per the post-mortem report, the father and uncle of the informant died due to stab injury. Though the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the deceased by lathi but no injury has been found caused by hard and blunt substance. Charge-sheet has already been submitted in this case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 12.06.2023.
