cheating and, as such, no case is made out against the petitioner in any Sections of 66, 66(c) and 66(d) of I.T. Act and also no any Sections of Penal Code is made out against the petitioner as stated in para-9 of the petition. Similarly situated co-accused person has already been granted bail by Co-ordinate Benches of this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 79491 of 2023 and he is in custody since 24.06.2023.
