only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, who was apprehended at the spot. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner or from the house of the petitioner. It is further submitted that nothing incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner connecting him with the alleged occurrence except the confessional statement of co-accused, namely, Raushan Jamir. The petitioner has no concern with the said accused, namely, Raushan Jamir. Lastly, it is submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedents.
