Informant’s father by means of iron rod over his head due to which he sustained grievous head injury. Thereafter, the Informant’s father was taken to Sadar Hospital, Hajipur and, from there, he was referred to P.M.C.H., Patna where he died in course of treatment.

been framed as yet. The petitioner is also ready to abide by all the conditions as imposed by this Hon’ble Court while granting bail to the petitioner.
