The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Naugachia P.S. Case No. 84 of 2023 for the offence registered under Sections 365, 366 (A)/34 of the I.P.C.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other accused persons kidnapped the daughter of the informant when his daughter was sleeping in his house.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submits that the victim has not supported the prosecution case and she has not made any allegation of overt act against the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail custody since 27.07.2023 having no criminal antecedent.
