The petitioners seek bail in connection with Goroul P.S. Case No. 231/23 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363/365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the reading of the statement of the victim girl,

it appears that the victim girl has eloped with Nitish Kumar (petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 7132 of 2024) and Ankit Kumar (petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 78636 of 2023) is the friend of coaccused Nitish Kumar. The petitioners have no criminal antecedents.

The petitioner Nitish Kumar is in jail since 10.08.2023 whereas Ankit Kumr is in jail since 11.06.2023.

Considering the period of custody and also the fact that the petitioners have clean antecedents, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM 1^st , Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goroul P.S. Case No. 231/2023.
