This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 20.12.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 100 of 2023 arising out of A.B.P. No. 2239 of 2023 in connection with Rohtas (Amjhore) P.S. Case No. 163 of 2023 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-II, Rohtas at Sasaram .
2 . For the grounds given in the application, this application is allowed and the order dated 20.12.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 100 of 2023 arising out of A.B.P. No. 2239 of 2023 in connection with Rohtas (Amjhore) P.S. Case No. 163 of 2023 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions
