bamboo and when the Forest Guard rushed to catch them, the accused persons fled away after throwing the materials. It has further been alleged that 12 persons have been identified and the forest officials recovered one dead body of male Cheetal, net made of nylon, lathi and danda from the place of occcurrence.

occurrence is a protected forest area and co-accused persons who have been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, were not having any antecedent under the Forest Act whereas petitioners are having criminal antecedents under the Forest Act, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
