2 12-09-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 97 of 2024.

The allegation against the petitioner along with others is of abducting the daughter of the informant.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has been falsely implicated in this case and has committed no offence. The victim girl has been recovered and her statement has been recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. in which she stated that she out of her own sweet-will
