Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and
learned A.P.P for the State.
2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 218/2024 dated 03.07.2024 registered for the offence punishable u/s 126(2), 115, 118(1), 109, 303(2), 352 and 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the co-accused, Abhishek Singh assaulted on the head of Luv Kumar with farsa causing head injury and the co-accused Pappu Singh and Raushan Singh assaulted the informant causing injury

on his hand. In the meantime, Lal babu Singh abused and exhorted to kill, thereafter the co-accused Aaditya Singh assaulted Vikash Kumar with knife causing injury. Further, the petitioner assaulted Kush Kumar with an iron rod causing injury. It is further alleged that the co-accused Prince Singh and Ajit Singh entered the house of the informant and looted Rs. 75,000/- and 10 bhar gold.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is a case and counter case between the parties. Learned counsel has submitted that the injury is simple in nature. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 05.07.2024.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and
circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Saran at Chapra in
connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 218/2024.
7. The application stands allowed.
