The petitioners have prayed for grant of bail in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 64 of 2024 registered under sections 447, 427, 307, 386, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 27, 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the

The case of the prosecution is that petitioners along with others came at the house of the informant and started firing on his house. It is further alleged that they demanded extortion money and threatended him of dire consequences.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. They have falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motives. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that extortion demand has not been executed and also nobody has sustained any injury in this alleged offence. It is further submitted in respect of petitioner, namely, Sahil Kumar who was already injured and he was admitted in IGIMS, Patna, so the allegation against him is not corroborated with the prosecution story. Moreover, the petitioners are languishing in judicial custody since 15.03.2024.

The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State and submitted that petitioners have criminal antecedent.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named

petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 64 of 2024 on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-IV, Gaya.
