P.S. Case No. 53 of 2023 instituted for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 379, 120(B), 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(D) of the I.T. Act.
the accused persons including the petitioner is of cheating huge amount of money from the innocent girl in the name of job.

the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged against him and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that the co-accused Sandeep Kumar Rana gave the bank account number to the Informant and the Informant sent Rs. 1,49,000/- on 16.10.2023 and 17.10.2023 respectively. The petitioner has also not withdrawn amount from the alleged account. The petitioner has also no concern with the co-accused Sandeep Kumar Rana. The petitioner has one criminal antecedent in which he is on bail and is languishing in judicial custody since 09.02.2024 without any rhymes or reason.

does not raise any objection to such prayer of the learned counsel for grant of bail to the petitioner.
and considering the fact that the petitioner is ready to pay the amount, in question, to the Informant, let the petitioner, abovenamed, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No. 53 of 2023, subject to the following conditions;
(i) The petitioner shall pay an amount of Rs. 50,000/- to the Informant at the time of furnishing bail bonds and, rest of the amount i.e. Rs. 1,00,000/-, he shall pay in two equal installments in next four months.
(ii) One of the bailor(s) shall be the own/close family members of the petitioner.
(iii) The petitioner shall cooperate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the court and shall remain physically present as directed by
the Court and in the event of failure on two consecutive dates

without sufficient reasons, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled by the court below.
