Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.
3.As per allegation, on the basis of a secret information, the informant reached at the place of occurrence wherefrom five persons were arrested. The petitioner was also apprehended and during search one country made pistol, three live bullet and Rs. 4500 cash and one motorcycle has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is under custody since 28.01.2024 for the alleged allegation of recovery of a country made pistol, two cartridges and Rs. 4500/-.
The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
