the instant application under Section 482 of the CrPC, praying for quashing the order dated 12th June 2018 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Munger in Cr. Revision 25/2016, whereby and whereunder, he dismissed the said criminal revision and affirmed the order of cognizance dated 3/4 January 2016 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Munger, for the offence committed under Sections 323/379/504 of the IPC.

the witness, the trial court correctly found materials for the offence under Sections 323/504 and 379 of the IPC for further proceeding against the accused person. This Court does not found any illegality in the said impropriety in the said order of taking cognizance or the order passed in revision by the concerned learned Sessions Judge.
482 of the CrPC is dismissed.
