Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application which has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the entire criminal prosecution arising out of Barhara P.S. Case No. 159 of 2023 (FIR) including the order dated 16.01.2024, passed by Learned Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Purnea.
3. Permission is accorded.
4. Accordingly, the present quashing application is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file afresh application.
