The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 342, 332, 333, 353, 307, 225, 187, 189 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners at the outset seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with respect to petitioner no.2.

arguing vehemently for some time realizing his difficult, seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with respect to petitioner no.1, 3 and 4.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner no.5, who is a woman has been falsely implicated in the instant case being related to Abhishek with general and omnibus allegation that she also assaulted the police, when force had gone to arrest Abhishek, who was accused in connection with Town P.S. Case No.235/2024. It is also submitted that no specific allegation is alleged against the petitioner.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner no.5, namely, Nandani Devi, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned trial court where the
