Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, informant

and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Buxar P.S. Case No. 187 of 2024 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioners along with others is of assaulting the informant by means of knife and iron rod due to which he sustained injury.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. There is general and omnibus allegation

against these petitioners.

the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioners are named in the FIR and the specific allegation against the petitioner no. 1 is that he repeatedly knife blow on the person of the informant whereas petitioner no. 2 brutally assaulted by means of iron rod upon the head of the informant. They further submitted that from perusal of the Injury report, it appears that the injury sustained by these petitioners to the informant is grievous in nature.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

The prayer is rejected.
