The petitioners seek bail in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 634 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 342/365 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners have been found involved in the kidnapping and killing of the deceased. During investigation, they were arrested and thereafter their statements were recorded, the dead body of the deceased has been recovered.

Since this is a case of kidnapping with murder, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

¶47

Accordingly, these applications are dismissed.

The Court below is directed to expedite the trial.
