The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Complaint Case (Sitamarhi) No. 526(C) of 2013 instituted under Sections 406, 409, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 474 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the accused persons opened a deposit scheme in the name of Central Bank Karamchari Swablambi Co-operative Society Limited and have

cheated a number of persons including the complainant. The complainant has been cheated of Rs. 18,64,894/-. The petitioner Dilip Kumar has brought a demand draft of the above amount.

In these circumstances, the petitioners are granted anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi/concerned Courts in Complaint Case No. 526(C) of 2013 (Sitamarhi), subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

The demand draft deposited by the petitioner Dilip Kumar is returned to him and the same shall be produced by him in the Court below on the date he surrenders and furnishes his bail bonds. The demand draft shall be handed over to the complainant by the Court below.

So far as the claim of the witnesses and other persons are concerned, they may move the Official Liquidator

for redressal of their grievances and payment of their dues. They are also given liberty to initiate fresh criminal proceeding

against the accused who had cheated them.
