Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present application filed on behalf of the petitioners for quashing the order dated 20.02.2023 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Patna City, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. C.A. 1385 of 2022 whereby and whereunder the cognizance has been taken against the petitioners u/s 323, 341, 427 and 34 of the I.P.C and ordered to issue summons against the petitioners.
3. Permission is accorded.
