The cyber police apprehended the co-accused Nitish Kumar and Raj Kiran Kumar and Nitish Kumar has admitted that he has rented out the current account of ICICI Bank of his CSC in October, 2023 to the co-accused Raj Kiran Kumar at the daily rental of Rs. 5,000/-. Thereafter, transaction of Rs. 1.5 crores were taken place in a day through this account which will be revealed from A/C No. 132705004292 of ICICI Bank on 18.10.2023 and 19.10.2023 but the co-accused Nitish Kumar and Raj Kiran Kumar were unable to tell about the source and destination of money. The co-accused Raj Kiran Kumar used to provide the details of accounts of Nitish Patel (petitioner) in lieu of money @ Rs. 5, 000/-. It is further alleged that the petitioner is also indulged in setting of the examination and online betting by using laptop and printer. Thereafter, the petitioner was also arrested from Barbigha and has admitted that by luring of people, he used to procure the details of current account and supply the same to one Sanoj Kumar, Patna and at the instance of the petitioner, ATM cards, pass books, signed blank cheques, educational testimonials, non-judicial stamps, mobile phones, laptop, printer, palm scanner, iris scanner etc., were recovered from his room situated at Shivaji Nagar
