followed by FIR clearly shows that she was consented party and further there is delay in lodging of the FIR inasmuch as, the occurrence is dated 27.11.2023 whereas the FIR was lodged on 29.01.2024. It is also not clear whether the photograph which has been made viral came from his mobile number.
