It has been brought to my notice that the anticipatory bail petition of the co-accused was disposed of by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court and in the light of the directions contained in Circular Order No. 1 of 2024 dated 02.02.2024 of this Court issued pursuant to the judgment dated 19th January, 2024 of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of
