The instant modification petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 10.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.79880 of 2023.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the modification petition, petitioner is directed six weeks’ further time to surrender and to furnish bail bonds as directed vide aforesaid order, subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) to the concerned District Legal Services Authority and to furnish its receipt with the bail-bond.

Modification petition is allowed to the extent indicated

above.
