2 . This is the second anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
The petitioner had earlier moved this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc. No. 4881 of 2024 and the same was permitted to be withdrawn by an order dated 21.02.2024.
3 . At this stage, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant submits that after the petitioner withdrew his anticipatory bail application i.e., Cr. Misc. No. 4881 of 2024, thereafter, he filed Cr. Misc. No. 17809 of 2024

seeking quashing of the order taking cognizance in which a learned Co-ordinate Bench has stayed the proceeding in the case till further order by an order dated 15.03.2024. The Court completely fails to appreciate that as to how the petitioner has again moved seeking anticipatory bail when his earlier anticipatory bail application was permitted to be withdrawn.
4. The anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
