It is a case of commission of murder of the daughter of the informant by all her in-laws family members including the petitioner for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely

been implicated in this case. The petitioner is husband of the deceased. The victim was not happy with the matrimonial relationship and she committed suicide. The information about the death of the victim was given to her family members and they had participated in the funeral but thereafter the police came and thereafter half-burn body was sent for postmortem report. Learned A.P.P appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submitted that petitioner is husband of the deceased. The marriage was performed in the year 2019 and within two years, the victim was done to death. The

postmortem report as well as independent witnesses also corroborates the case of the prosecution.

Considering the fact that petitioner is husband of the deceased and the deceased died within two years
