Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kasma P.S. Case No. 176 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 353, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal code.

As per allegation, the informant along with police personnel reached at the place of occurrence on the information of the death of son of one Sudama Choudhary and in the backdrop of the said death, 19 named and 30-40 unknown persons keeping the dead body, obstructed the road. Later, the mob became violence against police personnel and started raising slogans against the administration. They also started burning tyres and the road remained closed for 3-4 hours.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. They are the persons of clean antecedents. He has further submitted that the FIR itself shows that no one has suffered any kind of injury. He has also submitted that on similar footing,

co-accused person has been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 13606 of 2024.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Kasma P.S. Case No. 176 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
