Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the State and opposite party no.2.

The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 498A/379/307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the parties have resolved their dispute through the mediation proceeding on the terms and conditions mentioned in the Memorandum of agreement vide Mediation proceeding no. 649/2024 dated 12.7.2024.

Considering the aforesaid development, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate 1^st class, West Muzaffarpur in Complaint Case No. 581 of 2022, subject to the
