were in love with each other. It is further stated that the victim girl was medically examined and the doctor has assessed her age between 18 to 20 years and no sign of sexual assault was found on the body of victim. It is further stated that both the persons were major and they were in intimate relationship for the last four months due to their love and affection against each other. Lastly, it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 02.11.2023 having no criminal antecedents and chargesheet has been submitted in the case.
