The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with

Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar) P.S. Case No. 951 of 2019, G.R. No. 3740 of 2019 registered under Sections 406, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that, the petitioner took a loan of Rs.

3,74,000/- (three lacs seventy four thousand) from the informant, in which he has returned only Rs. 3 lacs to the informant. When the informant demanded the due amount from the petitioner, the petitioner has abused him and gave threatening to kill him.

submits that petitioner is ready to pay the due amount i.e. Rs.74,000/- to the informant.

Considering the aforesaid contention made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-I, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar) P.S. Case No. 951 of 2019, G.R. No. 3740 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. with direction to the petitioner that :-

(i) Petitioner shall refund Rs. 74,000/- (Seventy Four Thousand) through Bank Draft to the informant at the time of furnishing bail-bond.
