2. This application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 06.07.2022 passed by learned Sub-Judge II, Sheohar in Title Suit No. 80 of 2007 by which learned Judge has rejected the application of the plaintiff for taking permission to sale the land for the marriage of his daughter.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for taking permission to sale the land in question for the marriage of his daughter.
4. Learned counsel for the respondents has also appeared and submitted that they do not have any objection with regard to permission to sale the land in question.
5. In view of the above, this application is allowed. The impugned order dated 06.07.2022 passed by learned SubJudge II, Sheohar in Title Suit No. 80 of 2007 is hereby quashed and the application dated 20.03.2021 for sell of the said land is allowed.
