order dated 14.12.2016 passed by learned Munsif, Kahalgaon, Bhagalpur in Title Suit No. 156 of 1998 whereby and whereunder the petition filed by the petitioner under Order 6 Rule 17 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure for certain plaint has been rejected.

By the impugned order the amendment petition dated 26.10.2016 has been rejected.
