“5. That Hon'ble Court vide order dated 26.04.2023 has been pleased to direct the State Government to file a counter affidavit through Chief Secretary itself as to the present stage of the project.
6. That in compliance of the aforesaid order of the Hon'ble Court it is reverently submitted here that pursuant to the nod of the State Cabinet, vide letter No. 84 dated 30.11.2021 administrative approval for construction of building of 720bedded Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar Residential Girls +2 high school, Aurangabad on available land in Anchal- Aurangabad, Mauza-Kusi bearing thana No. 553, khata No.- 133, khesra No. -1721, Area4.35 acres has been granted. The tender process for the same has been completed and further work related to the construction of the said school has already been awarded to the agency namely M/S Jai Mata Di Road Construction Pvt. Ltd. Lohia Nagar Patna by the Bihar State Building Construction Corporation Ltd., Patna on 21.03.2023. As per the updated report of the said Corporation received vide memo No. 2074 dated 20.06.2023 construction work of the school has already commenced on 06.04.2023 and is ordinarily scheduled to be completed by 05.10.2024 i.e within stipulated timeline of 18 months. Further, it has been reported that construction of boundary wall and foundation work of non-teaching staff residential building is in progress.”
