The present writ petition has been filed
seeking the following reliefs:-
“1. That this application is being filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the Respondent authorities to adjust/absorb the petitioners at the suitable post as has been done in the case of NonFormal Supervisors who were earlier

discharging their duties on the basis of stipend (MANDEY) similarly to the Non-Formal instructors/ Shiksha Services/ petitioners'
1/A. That the petitioners further pray for similar direction(s) /order (s) as has been passed by an another bench of this Hon'ble Court dated 21.04.2011 in CWJC No 8418 of 2010 (as contained in Annexure-4) the case of the similar situated persons of the district of Nalanda. The case of the petitioners is exactly similar and thus they sought the similar relief(s) by this Hon'ble Court.”
for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioners to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of their subsisting grievances, if any.
