The present petition has been filed seeking the

following relief :-

“(i) For Issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondentHousing Board to enquire into the claim of the petitioner for settlement of house no.15 of Home for homeless situated near vidyapati Bhawan, Patna, in her favour in which she is residing since 1976 and after enquiry, cancel the settlement/transfer made in favour of private Respondent -Sona and allot the same and made agreement with the petitioner or in

alternative, made any other arrangement so that to provide shelter to the petitioner at the same place as her claim is pending before the Housing Board since 1976 and the final decision in the matter of her possession may not be disturbed.”

Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and appropriate to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent- authorities especially those of the Bihar State Housing Board for redressal of her aforesaid grievance.
