Mr. Devendra Prasad Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the identical case of employees working in Kasturba Gandhi Girls’ School, this Court in CWJC No. 6490/2018 has directed the respondent-authority to give one time age relaxation to the peon/night guards/cook etc in the selection process through open advertisement conducted by the Respondents.
